My daily actions have been waning this week, because honestly I keep trying to catch my breath and then another really scary, unbelievable thing happens. Here's a recap of the top 9 scary things that happened at the Federal level this week...TGIF amirite?!
1a. A White Supremacist, anti-woman, propaganda-machine owning political troll (Bannon) who believes that we are coming to an "East Meets West" world war III was just given the highest security clearance in the country, put on the Sec Council. This should raise alarms for every single American. Also, he called feminists a "bunch of dykes", so there's that.

1. Exxon Mobile now runs the State Department. Our world-stage interests are now entirely unveiled as oil interest, making Cabinet members very very rich.
2. Trump vowed Thursday to ‘‘totally destroy’’ a law passed more than 60 years ago that bans tax-exempt churches from supporting political candidates.
3.Trump told the US Army Corps of Engineers to stop their comprehensive environmental review of the Dakota Access Pipeline; he owns stock in the company.
4. A State Department memo revoked LEGAL visas Friday, the same day that Trump issued his order barring immigrants from Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen from the United States for 90 days.
5. The destruction of the EPA begins - Federal climate plans created under former President Obama, tribal assistance programs, and references to international cooperation have been stricken from the EPA website. A mention of carbon pollution as a cause of climate change has also been removed and adaptation has been emphasized, indicating an attempt to separate the cause of climate change from the response. Also, Republicans in Washington employed a little-used congressional tool and voting to kill a rule aimed at protecting streams from the effects of coal mining.
6. Nomination of Judge Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. He's very young (early 40s) which means he could sit on the court for 40 years. YIKES. 7. "The president’s picks for budget director, Representative Mick Mulvaney, and for director of the Environmental Protection Agency, Scott Pruitt, won approval on Thursday from key committees on party-line votes. They are now headed to the Senate floor for final confirmation votes later this month. Democrats opposed both choices as ideologically out of the mainstream, and they boycotted the vote for Pruitt in the Environment and Public Works Committee—the third such vote they have missed in protest this week. 8. Trump's Mar-a-Lago private club and resort raised their annual dues from $100,000 to $200,000 the day after the inauguration, and there is now a LONG waiting list to get into the club. COOL SO GLAD DT IS MAKING MONEY OFF BEING PRESIDENT I THINK THAT'S DEFS WHAT OUR FOUNDING FATHERS AND MOTHERS ENVISIONED!!!!!
